Each party bears its own costs and attorneys’ fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Quantum Wealth Kapital LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
