Where you choose to connect an eligible brokerage or financial-service account, Quantum Wealth Kapital may provide user-authorized connectivity for research, analytics, portfolio monitoring, and related technology functions. Connected accounts remain under the authority of the account holder and the applicable provider; Quantum Wealth Kapital does not custody assets or exercise discretionary trading authority. Where order-entry functionality is offered, transactions remain subject to the provider's permissions and your explicit authorization, and nothing in this connectivity constitutes investment advice (Section 7). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data received from a connected provider, and such connectivity remains subject to that provider's own terms, availability, and permissions, and may not be redistributed except where expressly permitted.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, code, methodologies, and materials are owned by Quantum Wealth Kapital LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view content for personal, non-commercial use. No reproduction, distribution, or derivative works without prior written consent.

4. User Conduct

• No unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

• No malicious use, including distributing malware.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Quantum Wealth Kapital’s services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Hillsborough County, Florida. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. Each party bears its own costs and attorneys’ fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Changes to Terms

Quantum Wealth Kapital LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
